Back Up North and Back Online...

Oh my goodness there has been a lot going on lately!
The holidays were a whirlwind of family & friends. I turned 31, Zac turned 8 weeks, and this wee blog of mine turned 3! Yikes that's a lot of candles!

Then I took Zac on his first plane ride, and travelled back to the great north.
My mother came along as well (thank God!) to help me settle in. Zac took the flight like a champ and slept the whole way. I had been so stressed about how it would go and it ended up being incredibly easy.

And then we moved from our little northern apartment into a proper northern house.
Let me tell you, packing & moving with a nursing baby is tough and excruciatingly slow going!

We've been without internet or phone for days (until today), and it feels so good to finally be reconnected again.

(this is the view from our new backyard)

Sorry for my absence as of late, and please bear with me as we settle into our new home. But I'm back,  and looking forward to sharing our many new adventures with you : )
