Weekend Moments: I heart MTL

Oh it is so nice to be back in the city!
Montreal is fabulous in the winter, even if it's cold.
(although Montreal is no longer "cold" in my books, as my cold-threshold has forever changed since moving up north)

On Saturday we walked across the mountain to go skating on Beaver Lake, one of my favourite winter activities in the city.

I love how the mountain is always buzzing with people...
it's really the place to be on a weekend in the city.

Saturday night we indulged in some fine dining at les 400 coups in Old Montreal.
Of course, it was delicious : )

Sunday morning, we slept in and just enjoyed a lazy morning in our apartment.
It doesn't get better than that.

And later on we of course watched the super bowl with some friends and cheered the night away.

I have to say, hanging out with friends who have babies as adorable as this really makes my clock tick
; )

I hope you had a lovely weekend.

I just came across your blog and I must say that it is one of the most interesting and unique reads that I have had in a long time. Your life up north sounds so exciting as my husband and I often think that moving up North would be such an adventure!

Can't wait to read more!

Cheers,
Karen
