Such beautiful layers and textures, I can hardly contain myself! The thick woolen tights & tall socks are just gorgeous! It's clothes like this that make cooler weather worthwhile!

Ok, LET'S talk about JCrew. So I went there just yesterday, and I was APPALLED at the cost of some of their items. One tank top made of lace was $199. Now, ok, lace. Right, so that COULD be expensive, but we all know it's not your grandma's antique lace that was handstitched. Made in a factory (probably in China). Oy. $199. And a pair of socks for $36. No way.
I like the look overall...but I especially adore and covet that little charcoal in the 4th picture. p.s. Have you seen Rag & Bone's AW 2010 lookbook? Its a more 'creative' version of a very similar look.
I'm infatuated with these looks! I adore J Crew and wish I could just copy all of their outfits. I have to agree with another commenter about the price of their pieces. They have quite a big head...my poor teacher's wallet can barely afford anything even from the sales :(
okay i don't even know where to start.the jackets? INCREDIBLE . i need that cape. but paired with the unexpected denim = more incredible. also love the flowers popping out of that bag. whoever styled this shoot is amaziiinggg
and the black and white stripes with curled blond hair look = so new!!! jcrew is officially amazing. usually i find their lookbooks kinda boring/uninspiring. but this... a whole new world.
