Look at what these children drew!

May 21st is Endangered Species Day, and US Congress held a Nation-wide art contest for students in kindergarten to grade 12.  Look at this amazing talent!

These are great! We're all artists as kids. What child doesn't love to draw? And then at some point, most of us convince ourselves that we're 'not artists' somehow and stop drawing, painting etc. Its unfortunate.

I agree, anyone can draw! We just need to let go of our inhibitions and self-doubt.

I love them all! I think the colors in the last one (moose/caribou?) are sensational. Children are naturally so talented and are so in touch with their emotions much more than we give them credit for.
